Better Baseball Mobility is a mobility training video series originally created exclusively for Major-League Baseball during the 2020 pandemic lockdown. Using her two decades of experience working in MLB as a Breathing, Mobility and Mind-Body Coach to more than a dozen pro baseball teams and thousands of players, Dana Santas, known as the "Mobility Maker," designed the program with input from seasoned MLB pitching, hitting, catching and strength & conditioning coaches to provide exercises and detailed instruction for pro baseball players to enhance and maintain the mobility, stability and balance needed to perform at the highest levels in their respective positions.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Nearly 2 Hours of Content for Pitchers, Hitters and Catchers
The program consists of nearly two hours of streaming video content spread over three videos, one each with an emphasis on the areas important for pitching, hitting and catching, as designated by MLB pitching, hitting and catching coaches. However, because the major focus is on overall quality of movement, elements of all the videos are applicable to baseball players in any position. Consequently, regardless of position, athletes will have the opportunity to practice the mobility routines in every video at different points throughout their program, depending on whether it’s off-season or in-season.
Downloadable Position-Specific Programming
Included with the video series, you get downloadable programming PDFs (sample Pitchers Programming pictured above) outlining how and when athletes should practice which videos based on their position and time of year. Because the videos are designed to empower you with detailed instruction to be able to perform the exercises on your own, there are also recommendations in the programming documents for integration of individual exercises into your overall strength and conditioning and position-specific programming.
As an example, if you are a pitcher, your programming will put a greater emphasis on use of the Pitching Video, while the other videos will be interspersed in your program at different times depending on whether it's in-season or off-season. You'll notice many fundamental exercises repeated in all videos; that’s because they should be practiced regularly, regardless of position.
